We like to put a drop of DiGize EO in our belly button followed by a drop of Peppermint EO in the belly button for extra digestive support. Peppermint helps to mask the smell of DiGize for those who don’t like the smell of Ginger or other oils in the DiGize blend.

An alternative way to support your candy-laced tummy is to put a drop of DiGize Vitality under your tongue. You can follow it up with a drop of Peppermint Vitality (extra tummy support + mask the taste of DiGize).

I don’t mean to give DiGize a bad rap. Some people love the smell/taste. It seems to be a love-it-or-hate-it oil. But either way, the effectiveness of DiGize makes it one of the oils I am sure to always have in my mama arsenal! You need it if you don’t have it.
